The Cowan is a two-story live performance venue with a capacity of over 600. Featuring an open floor space and upstairs VIP area, it showcases established touring acts, as well as up-and-coming Nashville artists.

Notable performers at The Cowan include: Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum, Stone Temple Pilots, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Old 97's, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Allen Stone, Chris Lane, Los Lobos, Starset and Jacob Whitesides.
