TopGolf Cancellation Policy: 

You must notify TopGolf at least 5 days prior to your scheduled 

event date if you decide to cancel your event.  As long as 5 day advanced notice is given your deposit 

will be refunded in full and no fee will be charged. In the event that TopGolf is not notified 5 days 

prior to your scheduled event date, your deposit will be retained and a 40% cancellation fee will be 

charged in addition to the deposit (50% if your event is being catered). In the event that you will need 

to re-schedule your event, you must notify TopGolf at least 5 days prior to your scheduled event date. 

Your deposit will be transferred to the new date and no fee will be charged. TopGolf will allow you to 

reschedule your event one time with no penalty, but a 10% re-scheduling fee will be charged every 

time thereafter and is based on the total package price.
