 Overview
If you would like to learn more about owning and/or operating TopGolf
Game Centres and are interested in licensing information, here is a brief
summary of the TopGolf opportunity and licensee requirements Please note, that
these may change from time to time and may vary according to territory.
Selected licensees are being sought to develop and operate
TopGolf facilities
around the world either as part of a new development or as an augmentation of
an existing complex, golf driving range, leisure park or other suitable facility.
Development licenses will be negotiated with appropriate parties.
These carry the obligation to develop one, or an agreed number of facilities
in a territory. A territory may be a single site or a country depending on resources
and ambitions.
Each facility will then be awarded an operating licence. The key terms of the
TopGolf licence are:
- The granting of the rights to develop and operate a planned number of TopGolf
Game Centres within a specified territory to an agreed schedule (rights may be
exclusive or non-exclusive);
- Facilities to be operated in accordance with standards laid down by the Licensor;
- The I.D. Ball System used to operate TopGolf must be purchased from the Licensor,
including I.D. Ball consumables (I.D. Balls and cards).
